There are multiple ways to order from us. Choose one of the following:
1. Click on the order form, download it, and print it off.
Then fill it out by hand, and either fax or mail it to us. Our
fax/mail information is listed under Contact Us.
2. Click on the order form and download it. Fill it out using
Microsoft Word on your computer, and then you may either email it to
us, or print it off and then fax or mail it in. (Please note that
email/fax are the fastest ways to get it to us, and therefore will
ensure faster delievery time).
3. You may also call us and place and order over the phone, or
we could fax/mail/email you an order form. (Please note this is the
slowest way to order).
If there are any problems with any order we will contact you
back to let you know. NOTE: Make sure you only email us 1 copy of the
order form, if you send it twice you will pay for two of the exact
same order.
