Board of Directors
Steven Reiss, Ph.D.,
is Chairperson and Founder of IDS Publishing. He is a Senior Fellow of Dartmouth College and a Yale University Ph.D. in psychology. He completed a clinical psychology internship at Harvard Medical School Department of Neurology/ Massachusetts General Hospital Child Psychiatry. He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and recipient of five national awards for research, clinical services, and leadership, and a recipient of two Illinois recognition awards for volunteerism. He is a former Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at Ohio State and Illinois-Chicago.
Maggi M. Reiss, M.A.,
is President of IDS Publishing and a licensed school psychologist with more than 25 years experience helping middle and high school students. She holds degrees in psychology from Smith College and the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Michael Reiss, M. A.,
is a Member of IDS' Board of Directors. He holds degrees in political science and education from Indiana University and The Ohio State University. He is employed as a statistician.
Ben Reiss, M.D.,
is a Member of IDS' Board of Directors. He holds a degree in biology from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.D. degree from The Ohio State University School of Medicine. He will be a resident in ophthalmology at George Washington University.

('s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands) is a Managing Partner with Reiss Profile Europe B.V. He works as a business consultant, change manager, coach, and personal trainer. Drs. Delnoy graduated in business economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Tilburg University.

Peter Boltersdorf
(Achten, Germany) is a Managing Partner with Reiss Profile Europe B.V. He is a sports and business coach/consultant who graduated the Sports University in Cologne.
Thomas Staller
is CEO of Reiss Profile Germany GmbH, Managing Partner of Reiss Profile Europe B.V. and a Reiss Profile Master Chief Instructor. A mathematics graduate, he has worked as a Managing Director and as a board member in the fields of information technology, telecommunications, media and business consultancy. As a consultant and coach he helps businesses recognise their goals, hire the right people, and treat employees in the right manner. He helps teams perform optimally, and people express their values. His clients are from business and professional sport. He is a sparring partner for executives, professionals, managers, trainers and athletes.

(Wien, Austria) is partner and head of human assets management consulting gmbh and Reiss Profile Academy Austria. She is psychologist and business consultant. Graduated from Vienna University.

Daniele Gianella
has been working as a trainer and coach Since 2001. He is CEO of the Reiss Motivation Profile Switzerland GmbH in Brunnen, Switzerland.


Joanne Lee Quee Choo
is the co founder and Executive Director of Reiss Motivation Profile Asia Pte Ltd and a Reiss Profile Master instructor. She is also an Executive Coach since 2008 and a CPA, with over 20 years of corporate experience up till May 2007 primarily in the financial service industry. She had assumed middle and senior management roles in various organisations and participated proactively in re-engineering financial and management systems and controls. This included treasury and risk management, review of remuneration structure and transfer pricing across profit centers.
Kelvin Lim Kian Meng
is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Reiss Motivation Profile Asia Pte Ltd and a Reiss Profile Master Instructor. He is also a human development specialist, an entrepreneur with practical experience of setting up many companies, a professional coach certified as a Master Certified Coach ( "M.C.C") by International Coach Federation, USA since 2005 and a Guerilla Marketing Master Trainer directly certified by the founder, Jay Conrad Levinson since 2008. Since 1997, he has worked with over 5,000 people directly and 15,000 people indirectly. His international clientale hail from Europe, China and South East Asia.
Thomas Mengel, Ph.D.
has been involved in entrepreneurship, consulting, leadership, teaching, and learning in some form or another for more than 30 years. He currently is CEO of Reiss Profile Canada Corp., Professor of Leadership Studies at the University of New Brunswick, and Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Business (Centre for Innovative Management) at Athabasca University. Before joining the University of New Brunswick in 2005, Dr. Mengel held various project management and leadership positions in addition to working as a consultant in different European and North American organizations. Further, he served as a board member for two successful Canadian corporations in British Columbia. His major passions are leadership and leadership development.
Päivi Mayor, Ph.D.
is CEO of Reiss Motivation Profile Nordic Ltd. She has 20 years of experience in leadership development, business consulting, talent development, mentoring and coaching in various international companies in Europe.

Brunello Gianella
is Senior Partner of Reiss Motivation Profile Nordic Ltd. He has 30 years of experience in business consulting (sales), mentoring and coaching in various international companies in Europe. He is also Senior Partner of Reiss Motivation Profile Switzerland Ltd.
Authors
Rolf Peterson, Ph.D.
is a co-author of the Anxiety Sensitivity Index Manual. He is Professor Emeritus of Psychology at The George Washington University, where he was former Director of Clinical Psychology Training. Dr. Peterson is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association in addition to being Board Certified in Clinical Health Psychology. He has more than 100 research and scholarly publications and has mentored 81 dissertation students. In honor of Professor Peterson's contributions, the Rolf A. Peterson Scholarship for Doctoral Students at the Meltzer Center is being created through the Department of Psychology at The George Washington University.
Ruth A. Luckasson, J.D.,
is a co-author of the Competence Assessment to Stand Trial Mental Retardation. She is Regents' Professor and Professor of Special Eduation, University of New Mexico, and a recent past President of the American Association on Mental Retardation.
Caroline Everington, Ph.D.,
